The Property Team is responsible for all facilities on the ELC campus, including the grounds and rental properties on Marion Street. This includes lighting, janitorial services, plumbing, HVAC systems, the fire alarm system, pest control, utilities, insurance and the church bus. The team welcomes anyone who would like to join the team and assist with any skills or knowledge they may wish to share.
