Patrons and Friends of the Arts presents “Polka, Pilsner, & Probst”

Patrons and Friends of the Arts at Ebenezer, Inc. will play host to one of the Southeast’s top polka bands, featuring delicious local German food provided by the Wurst Wagon and ice-cold brews. Since 2009, Mountain Top Polka Band has been celebrating German culture through music and dance. MTP started as a small group from a Lutheran church in western North Carolina providing Oktoberfest entertainment.

The name “Mountain Top Polka Band” name became official in 2010 and has played in six states (NC, SC, TN, GA, VA, & TX) and numerous festivals, parties, restaurants, and Oktoberfest festivals. Band members dress in traditional German attire and take control of the audience by teaching polka dances and other crowd favorites guaranteed to get your feet moving.

General admission is $5, and food and beverage will be available for sale. Tickets are available at the door, or online at http://patronsandfriends.org/events/.
