Consider making four monthly payments from April to July of $42.50 (day campers) or $80 (overnight campers).

Limited scholarship assistance is available. For a confidential request, speak to the Pastor.
The fee includes all camp facilities (pool, pond, boats, life-jackets), craft materials, T-shirt, all supplies, lunch, and dinner each day for overnight campers (and lunch each day for day campers) and the closing-night cookout for all campers. To contain costs, we coordinate donated items for breakfasts and snacks.
Meet at Ebenezer each morning. Bus leaves at 8:30 a.m. and returns by 5:15 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. On Thursday, they will remain at camp for the closing program and cookout and return home with their parents.
The daily program may include crafts, music, Bible study, drama, and recreation, including supervised swimming and boating in kayaks and paddle boats. All activities are age appropriate.
On Thursday evening at 6 p.m., family and friends of the campers are invited to attend a closing worship in which all the campers will take part, highlighting the various activities (music, drama, crafts, etc.) of the week. The closing cookout is open to guests by making a reservation at the registration table on July 23 ($9 for adults, $6 for children under 12).
WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP:
Overnight campers—sleeping bag or sheets, pillow, flashlight with new batteries, washcloth, soap, personal toiletries, comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, extra pair of shoes, towels, swimsuit, sunscreen and a 100% cotton (must be 100% cotton) white T-shirt for tie dye craft! Mark all items with child’s name for easy identification.
Day campers—two twin sheets for use on beds during rest time, books for rest time, towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, and a 100% cotton (must be 100% cotton) white T-shirt for tie dye craft! Mark all items with child’s name for easy identification. No electronics.
Two weeks after camp, any unclaimed items will be donated to The Cooperative Ministry.
MEDICATIONS—All medications to be taken by a registrant must be checked with the designated volunteer upon arrival (Please include written instructions for dispensing medication and place in a zip lock bag labeled with the child’s name).
DO NOT BRING TO CAMP:
Valuables that might be lost. Cash (everything will be provided). Campers engaged in any illegal behavior (including underage drinking or smoking) will be sent home immediately. Overnight campers are allowed to have electronics (iPods, cell phones) in their cabins ONLY for use during free time. Electronics discovered in use at other times will be confiscated until the end of the camp week.
